Memorial Day

This year we celebrated memorial day on sunday at my Grandma Riggs' house. We all went out there for a BBQ and then we went over to my grandpa's headstone. This is the first memorial day that i have actually known the relative that was under the headstone and it was actually kind of hard for me. I got a Email the other day and i would like to share it
As i read this special email this year All i could think of was my GRANDPA! rest in peace, your never forgotten..... I loved this email (thanks ginger for sending it to me)

It is the

VETERAN
,
not the preacher,

who has given us freedom of religion.

It is
the VETERAN,
not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.

It is
the VETERAN,
not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

It is
the VETERAN,
not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is
the
VETERAN,
not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is
the VETERAN,
not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.

It is the

VETERAN
who
salutes the Flag,

It is
the

VETERAN

who serves
under the Flag,

Hey! Kind of random...but I saw that you had a blog post on the crafts you have done...but sadly the link doesn't work. I was disappointed because I wanted to see them.

1st of all that was not easy. Second of all mine is all screwed up! Third of all your a genius if you think that was easy. I just spent like 2 hours trying to get it to work and now it says everything twice. You just might have to fix it for me. I'm done trying for the night though maybe tomorrow ha ha
